Downtown Dog Rescue is a non-profit 501C3 that believes in second chances. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to serving in some of the most underserved communities, with a mission of keeping pets and families together by offering resources and support. We own and run our rescue kennel where we house 20-25 rescue dogs. We host monthly spay/neuter clinics in South LA along with a Pet Resource Center on Skid Row. CBD oil has helped dogs like Prince. When we rescued him from South LA Shelter he was nervous and constantly shaking. His hind legs were very weak and he had no interest in other dogs. Now he is always out on play groups and no more shaking. This makes Prince ready for his forever home.

K94Keeps, NFP believes that bringing a dog into your family should be forever. We are a 100% foster-based, volunteer run 501-c3 non-profit organization dedicated to dog rescue. We believe rescue should begin with education to support positive, forever relationships. We also believe that once you adopt a dog from us, you are family. K94Keeps is not breed specific. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters and occasionally have owners who surrender their dogs to us directly. Once they are rescued, our dogs are properly vetted and placed into foster homes. We provide all the necessities for the fosters to take care of the dog before they are adopted. Fosters are our greatest asset, as they are the reason we can continue saving dogs. We are always in need of loving fosters! We work tirelessly to find our dogs the perfect forever family. Our adoption process includes an application, an interview, and a home check. Finding the right fit is essential for both human and dog. Our success depends on our fosters, volunteers, adopters, and your generous donations. Thank you for supporting K94Keeps!
